Access Days
Access Days at CCV give Vermont middle and high school students a taste of college life. They provide an introduction to what it’s like to be in a college class, how to pay for college, and where to go for answers to your questions.
Intro to College and Careers
CCV offers a free, non-credit Introduction to College & Careers (ICC) class for high school students. ICC prepares you for college by helping you set goals, problem-solve, manage time and stress, improve communication skills, take better notes, reduce test anxiety, and plan financially.
Dual Enrollment
Vermont’s Dual Enrollment program offers Vermont high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to earn up to six free college credits at CCV. That means your credits help you finish high school and start college, all at the same time.
Fast Forward
The Fast Forward program helps students in technical center programs earn college credit during high school and prepares them to enroll in college degree programs. Students earn credit toward their technical center program and college credit at the same time.
Early College
Early College allows Vermont high school seniors to spend their entire senior year at CCV as a full-time college student, earning college credits, finishing their high school diploma, and getting a jump start on a college degree, tuition-free.
Free Degree Promise
Vermont high school students in the classes of 2023-2026 are now eligible for the Free Degree Promise, which builds on the Early College program at CCV to give students who continue the chance to earn a free associate degree the year after high school graduation, putting them on a fast track to a debt-free degree and a promising Vermont job.
